He doesn't have a supporter number mate but I have my own season ticket on my phone was hoping I could download to that and have both tickets on it.

So can your friend transfer it to you and then you download it on your phone?

Ye that's what I was hoping. I've just been on my friends account and sent it to myself and chose Print ticket option so all should be good now.

Yes, same here, one updated, one not. Hopefully it'll still work with the wrong ko date and time.

I'm on android too. Mine hasn't updated either. Am not too worried as others have said it will do so automatically. I do keep checking though. If it gets to Friday afternoon and there is no joy I'll be asking for advice on here! I do find it strange that some have been updated and others haven't.

I've just received this e mail and I have no idea why. I downloaded the ticket prior to the Norwich game. My ticket has no game on it at all, it just says seasoncard 2021/22 on it and a barcode. I presumed this would work all season. It's nuts if you have to download every game.

Anybody know how I get around transferring my mates season ticket so I can take my son who is not a club card member or anything? Would I be able to have both tickets on my phone?

1Register your son for free .
2.add son to your friend and family once his supporter no. Allocated.
3.get your mate to transfer his season ticket for said game
to your or your sons mobile.
4.go to match and use phone to get in allowing plenty of time for various queues car parking probs and maybe mobile ticketing hitches.
5. Enjoy game despite exorbitant shit food, deafening speakers and city’s ever increasing disdain for long serving run of the mill fans.

Mine has already gone on to the Southampton game! To be fair I put it on the Ticket Exchange for the Arsenal game and it has sold.

If you're on android and the code is showing click on the "x" at the top left, then at the bottom of the next screen click "details" - this should show Arsenal as the next fixture with date and KO time.

Cheers. My ticket appears to be different to friends I know which had Norwich on it, mine had nothing except seasoncard. No reader icon for NFC either in spite of having it, I just had a barcode.

Seasoncard Deferred I have been trying to call them for over a month finally got hold of them on the phone after spending over 20hours on hold at different times on Friday wanting to take off defferal also sent lots of emails no reply I have been basically told once you deffer it there is no way of undoing it's a fucking joke been a season cardholder for over 30 years the Club's ticket office is a disgrace anybody had problems like this?
