Just been to the ground to get tickets printed for old man & it’s an utter shambles. Nobody really knows what to do & at least a 45 min que if your lucky.

total waste of time & still no tickets printed. Do our ticket office plan anything

It’s shocking how badly they have got his wrong.

FYI - Tickets won’t be available to print or collect till 7 days before the match.

You won't be able to buy tickets for the Norwich game until the 14th. You have to go up every week if you want your paper ticket.

It's an absolute shambles.

I thought the tickets couldn't be printed until a week before the game?

EDIT: Sorry @cityzen81 beat me to it!! :-)

Lol they told me to que for 45mins to get them printed. Thank god I didn’t wait like the others. 2 staff in a small Porta cabin trying to manage everybody!

I am shocked how bad it is.
I really can see match day being an utter disaster.

I wish a differed this season so much

Nice ! Never knew those trips actually happened and no don’t live there
If memory serves me the last 2 seasons we have played away at Newcastle with an evening kick off on the day after boxing day, I.e. the 27th.
My point is you said there was nothing wrong with rewarding fans who spend at the shop or bar before those that don't. The ones who do the hard miles don't always visit either

I couldn't agree more, I'm still trying to understand why tickets already purchased can only be collected/printed 7 days prior to game, do the tickets self-destruct if they are printed of early?

When they first put up the booking system for the drop in sessions it said 175 people a day. When I booked mine it said any time between 10.00 am(?) and 4.00 pm so are people turning up without booking? Because people have been saying the queues are horrendous ... 6 hours among 175 people works out at 15 people an hour between 2 people works out at 7.5 people each (we'll call it 8!) so 8 people every hour would mean approximately 8 or 9 minutes per person wouldn't it? ... of course my Maths could be wrong it is a long time since I was in school and it is approximately 18 years since I finished teaching!! :-) (& I didn't use a calculator I did it in my head!!)

Why didn't the club give everyone a one hour window and then only 15 or 16 people would turn up? Is it me...
