Not a fucking chance am I going to que for hours when I have already bought my ticket to be dealt with by someone who really doesn’t give a shit about customer serviceThere's an option to pick up from the ticket office before every game which costs ... let me check ... fuck all. Yes, it's a mither I agree, but the reasons for going to this new system is that the old one could be hacked - even the designers of it say it shouldn't be used and there will be no support for it in the future - and people like getting stuff for free or next to nowt, just look at all the IPTV threads. Businesses, for some reason, don't like having their goods or services stolen, I just can't think why. The fact is, the clubs would not be doing this if others hadn't tried to find a way to make money illegally out of it.
When we get the scarf I always place it at my uncles grave who was a massive blueI used to look forward to my gift pack :(
Lovely touch I’ll remember thatWhen we get the scarf I always place it at my uncles grave who was a massive blue
An older blue I know has had a season ticket since the 60s and pays for it by direct debit, which hes happy to do.
The problem he has is, he doesn't have Internet either at home or on his ancient mobile hence he doesn't have an email address.
His daughter explained this to somebody at the ticket office who assured her that for the Norwich game he will be able to use his old season ticket as they will add the game to it..
I said to him I can't imagine the ticket office sorting it that way and that it's going to be print at home tickets or using the app on nfc enabled phone.
Does anybody think the club will add games to the old season card has his daughter misunderstood what they said?
Remember my old feller removing the first scarf as it was ruined by the elements and we lost against the Rags the next matchLovely touch I’ll remember that
I thought that myself about the fobbing off but didn't know about pop up stand ( cheers will let him know on Sunday)I think somebody could've fobbed her off there you know, just to get rid of her. Advice would be to get down there early before Norwich. Apparently there's gonna be pop up stands outside to help those struggling. Could be a case of people proving who they are and a steward to just open the floodgates.
I'm trying to be positive about this, but the nervousness and stress on a lot of the older fans tells me this system doesn't bode well. The club should've consulted all season ticket holders for feedback before rolling this system out.

I was fuming and ever since then we place a scarf in a clear bag to protect it
My uncle is the reason we have won so much ;)
