Seasoncard - 2021/22

Anyone any idea at this stage if once the transfer ticket process is up and running, if you can't make a game are you transferring your whole seasoncard to someone else or will there be a way or does it automatically just transfer the next available game?
Someone has been down to the ground and been told it transfers your entire Seasoncard and then they have to transfer it back to you afterwards for you to have use of it again.
Whilst it's no different to passing your card to someone in the past and no doubt needing to get it back in that scenario you could report your card lost and get a replacement but in this scenario will they just say its your responsibility to sort as you voluntarily transferred it over?

I think that's nail on head. The entire seasoncard will probably be transferred and it's the owner's responsibility to get it transferred back. I'm not in favour of digital tickets but in this instance that's no different to plastic cards.
The big difference now is that in the past we could contact Supporter Services to sort it out if the card went AWOL. No chance of that nowadays.

Ticket Transfer​

Alongside the reduced risk of lost and stolen tickets, mobile ticketing provides the flexibility to transfer your ticket digitally to people linked in your Friends and Family. Once you have downloaded your Mobile Season Ticket to your smartphone, you will be able to transfer your mobile ticket to your Friends and Family for the matches you cannot attend. You will be able to do this from your account on a match-by-match basis, removing the need to meet face to face to pass the ticket to them.

It really shouldn't be difficult technically, you just disable the seasoncard holder from the list of cards eligible for the game and create a match ticket for the person it's passed to.

Yes too late now they've already had £130 in payments. I sometimes wonder if we want any supporters. We've just had covid and everything that came with it and are still not out of the woods yet. Psychologically it's been tough for a lot of people before we even touch on the fans who've suffered from it or family and friends. So now fans can go back they've decided to complicate everything and add extra expense and stress onto a lot of people. Sure the "I've got the latest everything, get with it or stay at home" mob don't care but it's causing a hell of a lot of people uneccesary stress.

I'm not sure if the club has noticed but we've not got thousands clamouring for tickets unless it's a glamour game against the top six or Barca, Real, PSG or Bayern. This is in spite of unprecedented success in the last ten years. Even after eighteen months without live football we struggled to shift fifteen thousand tickets for Wembley. As fans we are loyal and emotionally attached to the club, but like any relationship if one party feels the other doesn't feel the same it usually doesn't end well.

Such a complete load of fucking shite.

My mate has got divorced, has 2 season tickets both under the same email address.

Firstly contacted club to try and change name to his son, City said sorted but have they bollocks.

Second, he wants to at least do print at home on ex-wife’s ticket but as the ticket is under same email address as his own then he can’t get access to an online account to accept the print at home option.

Absolute shambles.
 
I did something on my iPhone and the ticket popped up. Turns out if you press the bottom button twice quickly the wallet pops up. This could save hours at the turnstile.

That happened to me and scared the life out of me!! I thought I was going to lose them. I hadn't realised that I'd pressed it twice but thinking about it that's what I'd done. :-)
