Anyone any idea at this stage if once the transfer ticket process is up and running, if you can't make a game are you transferring your whole seasoncard to someone else or will there be a way or does it automatically just transfer the next available game?
Someone has been down to the ground and been told it transfers your entire Seasoncard and then they have to transfer it back to you afterwards for you to have use of it again.
Whilst it's no different to passing your card to someone in the past and no doubt needing to get it back in that scenario you could report your card lost and get a replacement but in this scenario will they just say its your responsibility to sort as you voluntarily transferred it over?
I think that's nail on head. The entire seasoncard will probably be transferred and it's the owner's responsibility to get it transferred back. I'm not in favour of digital tickets but in this instance that's no different to plastic cards.
The big difference now is that in the past we could contact Supporter Services to sort it out if the card went AWOL. No chance of that nowadays.
The simple answer seems to be to only transfer to someone you really trust.
