Seasoncard - 2021/22

I did something on my iPhone and the ticket popped up. Turns out if you press the bottom button twice quickly the wallet pops up. This could save hours at the turnstile.
If ‘show on Lock Screen based on location’ is turned on in the settings for your mobile season card, it should (in theory, assuming location services is working correctly on your phone) save loads of time at the turnstiles. I think this is the default setting on iPhone.

Bit of an update that might help, following 2 hours in the phone queue today.

1. At the moment you can have as many friends and family as you like as long as they have a membership number. However, a limit will be introduced at some stage.

2. If you have kids who you buy tickets for, when you buy them, the kid's ticket will be added to your wallet and can be accessed / shown on your phone. You do not need a separate phone for the kid's ticket.

3. For season ticket holders, if you want to relocate for any game (for example if your Mrs or one of your kids is coming and you want to be sat next to them) you can only do this by ringing City and can only do it in the 5 days preceeding that game. This cannot be done online.

4. Adults need either vaccination proof or a negative LFT for every game.

5. Under 18s don't need any proof whatsoever re Covid status.

The kid said there were 123 people in front of me in the queue and City have been absolutely battered with confused supporters and complaints in relation to the mobile tickets thing.

I'd like to know how many reminders have been sent out.... I've been waiting for a decision from my employer, as the only phone I use is theirs - they are very strict on GDPR, and the risk of cyber attack, and they won't allow apps for personal use, including google pay. Print at home then...

(A flight e-ticket has been no problem as no app is needed, though I always print the ticket as well - belt and braces...)

What will actually be on the PAH ticket that operates the turnstile? Could I not just flash it from the pdf on my phone?

Thanks for summary. I’ve added a few friends/family to my account & don’t really want to add any more. Does anyone know if cup schemes tickets have to go in the wallet or if we can opt to print? I have 2 cup scheme tickets but one family member can’t always attend so I take various other friends who I don’t really want to link to my account.

A note for any supporters living in Wales and registered to NHS Wales.

The COVID Pass App does NOT work for anyone living and registered in Wales. You have to access your NHS COVID Pass via the NHS website having first registered for an NHS login.

Once you’ve accessed your Pass via the web site you can then store it in your wallet or have it emailed to you.

This is how mine looked for Everton. I hope it helps and the ones for next week will be the same. (Obviously it is folded over to make it fit in my phone cover.

Anyone think that for a big match you'd have your card or ticket well secreted in a pocket? But as you're always on your phone there's a risk of having it snatched.

Of course you could phone the club to tell them.

Oh wait ...
