There was a guide on the City website mid week, that should help too.Clearly not for everybody. I'm Andriod (Samsung) and still showing Norwich. Same for wifey. Looking at the FAQ's, it says the process is automatic. It might be staggered release, and appear shortly, or it might be because Samsung is slightly different on Android phones and the automatic process isn't working.
Although the option 'add to mobile wallet' is greyed out on the Arsenal ticket on my City account, it is available on the seasoncard itself. I'm leaving for a couple of days to see if anything happens and if it doesn't, I'll download the seasoncard again.
It should work well for everybody, yesterday whilst waiting to enter the stadium I witnessed a blue in-front of me attempting to get in, he successfully managed to let his two kids in through the turnstile using the season ticket on his phone without issue, however when he tried to enter ground himself the system failed leaving him outside, thankfully the steward saw sense and let him in. Working well for most people simply is not good enoughThat’s not what I said, people have been whinging for weeks without giving it a chance. Most people found it worked well, I’m sorry for those who had problems.

I'm not in the slightest bit worried. It'll appear or it won't and I'll re-download the seasoncard, which someone a few posts back has done.
It should, that’s the whole point of itThanks. That worked for me as well. Presumably this affects all City fans with Iphones. I thought it would change automatically.
Assume yours is the apple wallet? I have Google pay and three dots for us just has two options remove and remove all.

They can't seriously expect us to have to do this for every game ffs!Mine was showing Norwich still so just clicked download to wallet and now shows arsenal.
