I just clicked on the one showing Norwich in my wallet and clicked on the dots top right, then switched automatic update off and on and it refreshed to show Arsenal.

Thanks. That worked for me as well. Presumably this affects all City fans with Iphones. I thought it would change automatically.

its been a nightmare for fans and could have easily been avoided! listen to some of the problems and stress people have had to go through! it really did happen !

Assume yours is the apple wallet? I have Google pay and three dots for us just has two options remove and remove all.
Still showing the Norwich game and no idea if I have to do something or if at some point it will update itself

Exactly the same for me pal. Can anybody give me an indication of how to get rid of the Norwich eTicket and upload the Arsenal one. Please.(Nearly forgot my manners there,it costs nothing to be polite,as my dear old mum used to tell me).

I had to log into my account on the website and download the season ticket to my wallet. Arsenal ticket now showing.

Ok thanks. I'll have another look in the Google wallet,if it's not there I will do what col12 mentioned,and log into my account and download it to the wallet again.

I had to log into my account on the website and download the season ticket to my wallet. Arsenal ticket now showing.

Just done what you suggested Col, it took about 30 seconds and it is now showing the Arsenal game on my season card.

Yes, worked for me too. Some guidance from the club would be nice, but it seems quite a few clubs are struggling with this innovation. I expect we’ll get used to it.

Clearly not for everybody. I'm Andriod (Samsung) and still showing Norwich. Same for wifey. Looking at the FAQ's, it says the process is automatic. It might be staggered release, and appear shortly, or it might be because Samsung is slightly different on Android phones and the automatic process isn't working.
Although the option 'add to mobile wallet' is greyed out on the Arsenal ticket on my City account, it is available on the seasoncard itself. I'm leaving for a couple of days to see if anything happens and if it doesn't, I'll download the seasoncard again.
