Anyone able to transfer for Arsenal yet? Game is listed and I can select it but the “transfer ticket” is greyed out.

Was just coming on to say the same.

I can tick the box of my ticket, click transfer ticket, then a pop up appears where I can’t do anything.

Anyone seeking or offering advice on here needs to say which system they are talking about. Android is different to iPhone. It's not helping the 'technically challenged' by offering advice on the system they don't have! Just saying 'I'm on..' Google Pay or Apple Wallet will help enormously.

I'm having the same issue with a Print at Home ticket. Let's me select the ticket and click on PAH, get a confirmation that the ticket has printed but nothing coming out of the printer.

No I haven't transferred it. I am on Google pay and downloaded the Norwich ticket to my android phone. I can't get the arsenal ticket on my phone so I went on the City site. In family and friends I have a tick box by each name. I tick mine and transfer is highlighted but download to wallet is greyed out

Anyone know how u refresh your seasoncard on android seems no option but there is iPhone???

I’m iPhone as is my daughter both of us have the Arsenal tickets. I think there are two alternatives in the settings, check that, I think one of them aut loads the next fixture . There was a guide on the City website mid week, that should help too.

I have an I phone and mine hasn’t updated yet . I have all my automatic notifications on but it still hasn’t updated. It would be shite if you have to upload each ticket for every match, that can’t be right surely.
