My friend transferred his Arsenal ticket to me today, I received an email saying thanks for your recent transaction but no sign of a link to download his transferred ticket

it won't allow me to "add to my wallet " on both of them

its just so frustrating all this crap

No, his transferred ticket and my seasoncard are showing in the tickets section of my account, won’t let me add his ticket to my wallet though

Sounds like most are in same boat mate, safety in numbers and all that.

It sounds like maybe you received the email meant for him!
Maybe he has the email with the download link?
He can forward it to you .
Or it may still arrive.

I’ve transferred a ticket. The email to me was immediate. But no email 12 hours later to the person I’ve transferred to.

Received the email right away, but no option to download the ticket

You can manually update you e-ticket
In Wallet
Hit the 3dots, top right
Pull down the screen
Notification shown that the ticket has been updated
Back to ticket
Update complete
