Seasoncard - 2021/22

I’ve done mine but can’t find it in the wallet, an I missing something? Or does it just appear when you use it?

No, so I am trying again with my mobile but this time the queue was 26 mins it said but I am now down to 4 minutes on the mobile. Fingers crossed, they shan't thwart me!! I'm getting into that stadium in MY seat even if I have to scale the walls!!! I'll camp out in someone's office until they sort my ticket out! :-) :-)

Good luck. I think you have to do it from the device you want your ticket uploaded too, so think you’ll be fine in about 10 mins :-)

Thank you, it did suddenly dawn on me that that might be the answer....ooohhh my mobile (on laptop for posting on BM) has just told me less than a minute.... see you later.

Ok, I think I’ve downloaded the ticket for the Norwich game. I have a question, when I get to the ground on match day and have to scan the ticket, where do I find the ticket on my phone.

Its probably really obvious - just not to me

You should have an app called Wallet (definitely for Apple, not sure on Android). It’s in there. You can also link it to your Home Screen, so you can just press it from there and it takes you right to the ticket.

So you don’t need Google Pay or out like that then no ?

It just downloads into that wallet part yea ?

Brilliant, got it thanks. double click on the sidebar on iPhone and the ticket pops up on the screen. Isn’t technology wonderful ?
