I usually wait on thingd like this to avoid the initial surge but curiosity got the better of me and the fact you cb stay in the queue after closing the page is vert useful. Took a while to log in but once I did it took about 5 seconds to download no hassle whatsoever very quick and easy.

I don't think we should be forcing people into mobile ticketing but to citys credit, since the announcement, they've been very good with the information and the setup.

It’s new for everyone so we don’t really know but mine also just shows the Norwich game so either we’re both fucked or we’ve done it right.

I’d assume so. City will likely send you an email with the ticket on it for each game a while in advance of the game.

I don't think they do. I think they send you a notification that your ticket is ready to be printed and you have to log into your account and print it from there.

Is “add to mobile wallet” light blue? You need to go to “season cards”, select your season ticket then it will go darker blue and bobs your uncle. Took me a while to figure it out but it worked just fine once I had.

Received the download email from City. Bloody idiots have got me & my son's details the wrong way round. Sent to my email address in but my son's name with my supporter number. Will now need to contact Supp Servs to sort it out.
Unbelievable.

Agree with you here. I am pretty hopeless when all said and done with my phone and technology, not for want of trying I might add. The step by step guide on the email was very helpful though. I followed it to the letter and now have my ticket on my phone. I have even gone back into the google pay wallet that I didn't even know existed on my phone and there it sits, a resplendent little blue square. Am thankful I only have my own to sort out though, feel for those trying to sort out family members cards.

Queued for about 10 minutes, downloaded the e- season card in about 20 seconds and it's all set up now ready for the Norwich game.
Not bad going for a 65 year old FOC.

Did you try clicking on the "forgot your password" link underneath the login details, they should send a temporary password to the registered email address (I'm guessing that's yours).

Jesus, I worked in IT for 30 years - I wouldn't have lasted 30 days if I'd produced some of the crap City's IT dept. come up with.

It's a fucking shambles. Can download my ticket fine to my phone but trying to get my son's ticket on his phone just doesn't work. Even if I log in with my account on his phone and even have my Google account on it.
Seems to be easy if you have one season ticket but for linked accounts it doesn't work.
