Seasoncard - 2021/22

I’ve just smashed my phone because I’m a dickhead. I have already downloaded my season ticket to said phone. What are my options?
Download it again to a phone you can borrow for tomorrow or somebody you go with maybe to their phone.
If that isn’t option it’ll be a ticket office job
 
Last week I got in without having to show photo ID or proof of vaccination/negative covid test etc. Just wanted to check if anyone had to provide this information?

I'm going out after the match and don't want to have to bring my passport with me unnecessarily, but will do if there's a chance I won't get in without it.

I was at both the Everton game last season and the game last week, took photo id to both, wasn’t asked to show it at either game so I am not taking any as I don’t like carrying my passport around for fear of losing it, however I am going to take a photo of the relevant page of my passport to show, hoping that will suffice if asked for Id.
The COVID vaccination proof is a random check, if you download the nhs app and follow the prompts, your vaccination details are on there, it’s not the nhs covid app just the actual nhs app.

I'm going to see if my card works tomorrow. The way it's going it'll probably work and mean they don't take any money off me for the rest of the season!? We'll see but I'm not hanging on the phone for hours again.

Had a re-think this morning. Read the email again and it says my "card will be cancelled if not paid by Aug 26th".

So, bollox to 'em. I can't be arsed going down early only to be refused entry and end up missing the start or worse, the whole game.

Will watch on TV, save myself the petrol etc and also be home for the F1 qualifying.

If they don't answer the phone again this week I'll let it slide and save myself a fortune.

Post office have a new easy I'd app.you can load passport, driving licence etc on to it.designed for collecting parcels I think but it holds your genuine ID

Right, thanks. But my issue isn't ID, it's that my Season Card Direct Debit 1st payment wasn't taken and I was given until last Thursday to sort it by phone, no online option to do it, but couldn't get an answer each time I tried.

So I'm not going down just for it to not let me in and then miss some or all of the game trying to sort it out.

I'll try phoning again this week but seriously thinking of binning it off and saving myself the cost of the ticket, travel and time.

If we had a functioning Supporter Services Dept., I'd have been there today and they'd have my money but as it is I'm at home and wondering if it's worth all the bother?
 
Today’s experience; 3 tickets on one phone. My season ticket, my sons adult seasons nticket transferred to me in n F&F and a junior ticket I bought yesterday online. Entrance Y1 an hour before kick off. No queue. All tickets worked fine; no need to put in slot, just tap at top of reader. Won’t be everyone’s experience but I cant complain.
