Did the same Saturday but my m8 showed me how to turn my phone off using the volume and home button , turning it off and on again sorted it out. Wonder if it’s something to do with the readers that freezes the screen.

Which have device have you got, and is the software up to date?

You can check an iPhone in Settings >General >About

if its a 6 or above you should have iOS 14.7.1

I've still not got my MCWFC ST downloaded. I've got a Real Feminin match ticket downloaded and that comes before the first FAWSL game. But for the latter I am just gonna turn up, show 'em my credentials and demand, very nicely and politely, that I'm let in! I am fucked if I am gonna phone and email again. The 'five day' email reply has stretched to a fortnight so it is safe to assume they aren't gonna answer and provide me with a solution. It might be summat I'm not doing or clicking or swiping, but other stuff has downloaded with ne'er a ripple.

Miracles still happen inside the ticket office. I have my MCWFC ST, downloaded and safe in the wallet! Mind, there was a petition of prayers to St.Jack of aVilla, but mainly to St Jude, patron saint of hopeless cases. Anyway, I expect seamless and trouble-free downloads for the rest of the season, including car park downloads to test, and not found wanting, the mumbo-jumbo enshrined in the ANPR system!

If it shows in yer account it should be sufficient to allow entry, even if there's no 'proper' ticket lurkin' in the wallet. I was quite prepared to use this option for the women until the ST appeared all by itself into the wallet nestling with all the other 'tickets'!

Not that different to waiting for the paper ticket to drop through the letterbox. ;-)

I don’t understand why it can’t show more than one ticket in the Wallet. I have loads of other tickets for other matches there for past and future matches for another team.

I agree. A relation of mine is a Blackburn fan & he was showing me his season ticket on his phone. It brought up every single ticket for the season & all he does is scroll on to it for each game. Simples.

I'm the same mate 3 cup schemes all showing active on my . It used to be so easy, you got an email saying thank you for your purchase and you turned up and stuck your card in the slot.

You definitely never worried.
