Was talking to a lady on the phone a little while ago re. my Cityzen membership, which is due to renew on saturday, as I had to update my credit card details. Still the same long delay in getting Cityzen cards out as last season apparently. She said it would be 6 to 8 weeks before membership cards would be out. I asked her why the club didn't change the company they were dealing with, ans she replied that the company had a contract with them. Fucking ridiculous.
