Why not, when renewing, give us an option.

Option 1, 20/21 ltd edition scarf
Option 2, 20/21 ltd edition hat
Option 3, 25% off in the city store voucher against shirt
Option 4, card only (£15 off price)

Or some such. Then theyd know what to produce and how many and everyone gets what they want

I guess because every pack would be different and the cost of sorting would end up costing more than the actual pack. I suppose the current packs can be mass produced and mass packed.

Too much wasteful non-recyclable plastic.

Just give us a Season Pass we can save to our phone’s “Wallet” that we scan a bar code at the turnstiles for, and a confirmation email.

We don’t need any tat sent to us at all and they don’t even have to have seasoncards made anymore. It’s the 2020s, why do we need physical cards? We don’t need physical bank cards anymore for payments under £30, I just hold my phone near the card reader and it pays for things.

And cap seasoncard prices for the next five years as a thank you to our continued support from what is largely a working class Manchester and satellite-towns fan base.

How do you sell it on with no actual card.

You are giving them ideas here, pipe down :)

Didn’t they talk about or trial face recognition at one entrance. i’m sure I remember something from last year. If I remember it had people up in arms about it at the time. Unless I imagined it.

I agree about the ticket going directly to the iPhone/smartphone wallet - if Hertha Berlin can manage it, I’m sure it can’t be beyond possibility for a club with the resources City have
