Definately 16, my mate and his son were told last sesaon that they had to move out as his son was now 16 this was after they had done all the relocations and new season ticket sales left him looking at what was left to pick from to move to, shocking service to loyal fans again from the club.

It's at the clubs discretion, my youngest is 17 and had a season ticket in the family stand since we moved to Etihad. I phoned supporter services to ask where I would have to move to now he is 17 but was told that unless the club tell you that you have to move you stay in the family stand

Yes i know, there are loads around me but i think they get away with the 1 child to 3 adults rule in the block you are in whereby you link them to your friends and family and then they can stay in. But also think it may just be pot luck if you are selected to move as my mate was in one of the rows that was taken out at the back of level 1 so had to relocate into the next block a few weeks later they must have sussed that his son was now 16 and then phoned him up apologising and told him he would now have to relocate again but this time out of the family stand.
 
How much is a child in the third tier south stand my daughter has come up on the waiting list thinking of getting her a ticket

I've just paid £140 for my lad, that's in the adult £299 seats, don't know if it's any different in the seats nearer the front of the tier

Cheers mate I'm in the £299 seats she doesn't need one she's only 4 but I'm thinking of getting her one now because I think with Pep coming it's going to go through the roof, did you manage to get a seat next to you?

I got it it at start of last season so wasn't a problem getting them together as we were relocating
 
We are on auto-renewal, but have been added to the League Cup scheme even though we were only on the FA Cup scheme last year. Has anyone else experienced this? Can we ask to be taken off the League Cup scheme but left on the FA Cup scheme?

Yes of course you can. It is a bit early to be concerned as they often correct stuff like that, there is about 3 months to sort it out. My card expires next month but they renewed cups with it, it will all come out in the wash.

I've just checked my details after reading their e-mail confirming I was also added to the League Cup scheme, and was amused to see my FA Cup scheme renewal was costing me £2,400!

I think there are a few bugs in the system.

I've no doubt it will all be sorted out in a typical City sort of way.

I got mine cheap then, fa cup scheme 1290.00 , must be a cock up somewhere along the line.
 
Does anyone know the situation on waiting lists? I haven't had a season ticket for a few years but these £299 sound a bargain. Due to other commitments I haven't really been able to get one at £600 plus a pop but I can justify it at this price.

Put kids on waiting list in April getting tickets on Saturday

If it's just one seat that you're after they will be able to get you one immediately, I'm sure. But don't phone them until Wednesday. Its chaos
