If it's just one seat that you're after they will be able to get you one immediately, I'm sure. But don't phone them until Wednesday. Its chaos

I would wait till Thursday, had this as part of an email conversation this morning, about contacting them about taking new card details for cup scheme:

"After the relocation madness and Bruce Springsteen concert this Wednesday is finished"
