Seasoncard Renewals | Slight Price Increase

Are you talking about the Club’s policy of requiring people to either attend or try to resell their ticket for 10 or more out of the 19 games.

As Eccles Blues says, the Club would probably take a more tactful line than me but I disagree with a season card being held so a rag or dipper can go in the home end at the Etihad, once per season.
Yes the club hopefully are more tactfull.
As to te last bit, what the fuck has that got to do with not attending as a blue?
Many over 75 are clueless as to using a website and can barely do email.

I think your post is very ageist and there’s many people over 75 who are very good on email and social media.

We’ve got an unsustainable situation at matches where thousands of seats have been paid for and are neither occupied or listed for resale. We sell out the tiers of seats that away teams don’t use so there is clearly substantial demand. I don’t see the harm in the Club’s staff ringing up or writing to these season card holders and seeing what the issues are. If there isn’t a good explanation then make the season cards available to people who will use them frequently.

I hope this latest season ticket renewals thread makes the club reflect on the continual season ticket price increases and the unhappiness amongst the fans about them. The previous threads have clearly been ignored by the club. We'll find out at the end of next season if the club has taken any notice and remembers this thread?

Will they balls, then Khaldoon will talk memorising and eloquently in a few weeks and everyone will be wetting their knickers. It shouldn’t be a surprise though, they are businessmen who have pumped money in. I appreciate in the grand scheme of things it means more to us than them but we aren’t a charity either. Continuous increases, superleague etc fans aren’t really at the forefront of their thinking. We aren’t ran any differently to other teams

Good point. I see that often yet still empty seats all over the shop. They are clearly seats sold but not used.

Some will be seats never put up for resale. Some though will be seats put up for resale, but when the 1 or 2 tiers go on sale a lot of fans would rather buy those than the resale ones. Partly that will be price but I think the biggest reason will be they can buy tickets together where a lot of resales are singles or if you are lucky doubles at best.

Sell the singles at half price......they'll go and better than giving them away or being empty.

Maybe, but you still need fans that first want to go on their own and 2 are price concious so haven’t already bought a single. There may be some but not enough to fill all the single seats dotted about.

Block 209.
