the ticket office took our money so the buck lies with them though when they actually get round to actually offering an 'excuse' no doubt it will be someone else's fault....Still waiting on one.

Not affected mate but i would insist on seats together in the new 'Premium Seats' area.Get this:
Season card holder for 23 years go with the old man(35 years season holder) & brother. Sat in same seat in south Stand level 2 next to away fans since its opened and North Stand at Maine road before then. Got told we have to move seats due to a legend area being created. Fair enough. Get new seats where the away fans currently sit all together pretty happy with it next to away fans again. No cards arrived but see not the only ones so just go with it. Get a call from the club yesterday saying they have basically fucked up and added a line of seats on the end which isn't going to be made. Obviously one of the seats is ours and a few lads around us have been affected too.
They then ask can they put us anywhere else in the ground, well problem there is we all moved together to stay around the same people & tickets will be more expensive so in future years we will pay more anyway. Ended up with 2 seats together and 1 4 rows behind the lads around us though are fucked. Really not happy feels like the club just do not give a fuck anymore haven't been offered nothing either. Never ever have I moaned about anything to do with us but would have thought long serving fans get treated ok infact any fan.

Not even sure why they need to give renewals a new card. Never worked out why they can't just activate your existing card for the following season as they turn them on and off all season anyway.there is absolutely NO excuse for this shambles - seasoncards have been sold out for weeks and for those that renewed back in May/June the club should have just got on and and reissued those cards ASAP to create time/space to print later renewals/noew-joiners

No pal its an aisle going down we were the ones next to the away fans. Cannot believe they could make such a fuck up. Don't really know who to take it up with either supporter services are awful just reported it to a manager.
