Season ticket finally turned up on Friday (reprint), then Saturday morning a paper ticket turned up as well.
Can't wait now, bring on the chavs!

Well you're an idiot then. You should be screaming the place down. It's appalling customer service. What's the standard of players we watch got to do with that?

The comment, although not eloquently put, was in reference to complaining to the newspapers.

Got a text at 6am saturday saying it had been dispatched and then another to say it arrived at 12, which it had.

Managed to get in after a small delay, which was excellent considering it was the first match. So glad I did not scream the place down as the ticket arrived prior to the game so any
complaining and hiss fits would have been wasted.

Really hope everyone else had the same experience. Quick note to the atmosphere in level 3. Fantastic today.

Yeah a hundreds in the new stand had blank cards.

Yep .. there was quite a few where I was ... one guy with a machine trying to sort out loads of people .. finally gave up and let everyone in
I suppose ill have to be on the phone tomorrow to get it activated

Mine wasn't activated either. Had a card for the same seat since they first came out.. it was a shambles trying to sort it, the one guy who,eventually let me in said he had 300 and there were at least 50 still in his queue. All around the ground there must have been thousands. Poor leadership trying to sort it. Outside B they kept us waiting for 20 mins as the handheld devices weren't working. We were then told the cards would work in K, so walked around there and no luck. Then had to queue again for about 30 minutes when I eventually got to the front of the queue took my card off me and let me in manually... Poor start to the day, good job we had a good finish..

Walked past the south stand at 3.30 and there were thousands queuing outside, although it seemed by unveiling time that it was mostly full

My card worked and my daughters didn't. We sit next to one another and our supporter numbers are consecutive. She queued up 25 minutes to eventually be let in. They took her card off her. Nothing on the website about this at all. Bobbins.

Renewed our season cards same time we moved to the new row 3 110 mate got in no probs mine wasn't activated told to queue up to get the handheld man to sort it we were queuing until 3:50 when they decided to let us all just go in anyway so it's all fair enough really it just means our season cards still aren't activated for the next game and no doubt the telephone lines will be jammed to sort it out shambles

Being on holiday and no cards delivered by Thursday I arranged for paper tickets and collected them on Saturday. Whilst I was out collecting them the cards arrived at home... So on Sunday we arrived at the ground armed with paper tickets and card (just in case). Good job as well as the paper tickets didn't work. Apparently they had issues with hundreds of tickets being misprinted.

One of the "helpers" let us in with their card after verifying our cards.

Just had a DM on twitter off city saying they have asked for me to be sent a new card. Not sure if they know whos cards are activated and whos not, probably worth a call if you dont have twitter.

When you ring customer services there is a message for the people whose cards weren't activated apologising and saying they are sorting it out. I rang about something else today and heard it.

as I'm sure has been said on here the queues of people with failed cards was not good - I was sweating buckets approaching Turnstile E but fortunately got in alright after about 3 swipes - staff reckoned the system was overloaded

How do they know whose cards were not activated ? Mine didn't work but was let in straight away . Tried to ring city but stuck in queue for 15 minutes so gave up . Sent an e-mail si hopefully will get sorted out before Watford game. Think they could have put apology on the website .

As I was entering the stadium the card of the guy in front of me wouldn't work and when they checked it they said there was no chip in it. They let him in and took his card.
