Can we really put the blame on the ticket office though? I don't think they'll be using whatever company they have used to print the cards again.

Yes, as the name suggests.its the ticket office and its there bloody responsibility to make sure
We get our tickets on time.
And its not just a one off, its every bloody year there one fuck up or another.

Well in a nutshell, yes. Remember the time when renewals came out earlier and you got a discount for renewing before a certain date? Policy was changed about 3 seasons ago, (for 2012-13). Now it's later. Yes they have been caught out by late finish to last season and early start to this, plus some issues with the expansion but quite frankly it's poor planning and poor policy in my opinion.
 
Get this:

Season card holder for 23 years go with the old man(35 years season holder) & brother. Sat in same seat in south Stand level 2 next to away fans since its opened and North Stand at Maine road before then. Got told we have to move seats due to a legend area being created. Fair enough. Get new seats where the away fans currently sit all together pretty happy with it next to away fans again. No cards arrived but see not the only ones so just go with it. Get a call from the club yesterday saying they have basically fucked up and added a line of seats on the end which isn't going to be made. Obviously one of the seats is ours and a few lads around us have been affected too.

They then ask can they put us anywhere else in the ground, well problem there is we all moved together to stay around the same people & tickets will be more expensive so in future years we will pay more anyway. Ended up with 2 seats together and 1 4 rows behind the lads around us though are fucked. Really not happy feels like the club just do not give a fuck anymore haven't been offered nothing either. Never ever have I moaned about anything to do with us but would have thought long serving fans get treated ok infact any fan.

Anyone else on this row of seats and affected?

the ticket office took our money so the buck lies with them though when they actually get round to actually offering an 'excuse' no doubt it will be someone else's fault....
