It always puzzles me why they always leave it so late...what the fuck else do they have to deal with during the summer?
I moved from the east stand to 314 of the new stand pal. My brother couldn't afford it this year so I moved us both to the £299 seats and took the cost for both....and now the seats don't exist.
To be fair I've just had a call back from city and they've now said as its their error we can sit anywhere we want in the ground and any additional cost will be at city's expense for this season....pretty fair that.
And what about next season and the season after that? You have moved for a reason - the cost, you're back to square one.
Disgraceful and an absolute shambles that this has happened.

Just wasted 30 minutes on the phone, 2 tickets arrived early last week, no sign of the lads one. Asked why the tickets are late, the reply was "they are not late", the fucking season started Saturday, how is this not 'late'? No reply. Every year the ticket office manage to fuck something up, as above why leave it until the last minute? We have not moved or changed anything so no reason why our tickets could have been posted weeks ago? Was told to waste another 30 fucking minutes on the phone Thursday and ask for a paper ticket, its a joke and its typical City ticket office, always been fucking useless and even with all the money etc. still fucking useless...

My lads sc hasn't turned up,phoned them up,oh we have to send a paper ticket out for the chelsea game,I asked why they hadn't sent it out,reply was I don't know,we'll have you got the tracking number to track it,the guy said there must of been a mistake,new season same old shit.
Not got mine and I'm told not to worry I can get a paper ticket at the ground on Sunday. I paid upfront weeks ago and fly over on Sunday morning from Dublin. Cityzens card's renewels that I've ordered for my lad and a friend have not come either. Those memberships are number 342 and 343 on the waiting list for the game on Sunday !!!. So basically I'll have to fook about and allow myself a couple of hours to make sure we get the 3 tickets required. The 2 Cityzens paper tickets are not going to used by the people they are registered to so if they look for ID what happens then ?. Absolute shambles imo. Quick enough to take your money though !!
