Has anyone received a card with their own picture on?

Arrived with my choice of picture, nice view of Maine Road front entrance. Just had a check of the piggy bank already £103.68 in there towards next seasons card.

Had the non picture seasoncard last week but not the personalised one yet- hope it arrives before we sign Pogba

If it arrives without your chosen picture it's because it fell foul of the incredibly stringent rules they apply, not, as unlikely as it seems, incompetence.

Not when you read the hundred or so on the official supporters services twitter -

It seems people who even just had a pictue of their son, or reuploaded one that was accepted last year, etc etc - have all been sent the generic one. City are asking those involved for their supporter number, as a mistake at the printers means some peoples requests got ignored.

Mine hasn't come yet, and mum is using the same as last years (and yes we reuploaded it as it doesn't automatically carry over) - they better be personalised when they come and not the generic crappy "artists impression" of the new stand! Grrrr...... *calms down* ;)

Fair enough. Mine didn't come personalised last year so I didn't bother this. I have had a rext saying it's been delivered though but there's no sign of it yet!

I have done. I'm presuming this is incompetence on the part of Royal Mail, so it could take a while to get sorted.

I'm just a gold in E204 I'm not aware of buying a Premium package.

Nothing here either as of yet and in the past i've always been one of the first to get them. Nothing to worry about, 3 days is plenty of time for it to arrive.
