Seat Counters - 2022/23

Round about 1100 tickets left for Thursday.

Think City will have to have a re-think of the prices for when we extend to 60,000 as we would have over 7,000 available which is a lot

What reasons do you have for that choice.
It finishes earlier but apart from that I can think of none.

1 - if we win it again, no one has won more League Cups than us.
2 - if we get to Wembley we get around 10k more final tickets compared to the FA cup.
3 - ticket prices are generally cheaper compared to the FA cup
4 - The FA cup semis/final could interfere with the run in more than a League cup final would

(I would rather us try and win both, I'm just playing devil's advocate).

Over and done with in February
Much less interference with the PL fixture list, the competition I really want to win every year
Final is much more accessible to fans
Downside is 2 a legged semi final, but a least it’s not a semi final at Wembley, one of the worst decisions ever made.
If we get to a CL final it’s likely to be week after the cup final, which likely won’t help (especially if it’s against a local rival, has extra time and penalties and we then go on to lose it…..)
We win it much more often!!

Hope Pep plays a decent side otherwise i can see us getting battered.
