The figure for the rest of the ground will be closer to 7%, when you consider how much of the capacity is either part of hospitality, or sold via official resellers.Closer to 7% on sale with only 4 full blocks and less than a third of 314 which has 500 away fans and then segregation, then 9 seats wide for city fans. You have assumed 5000 home fans when it is close to 4,300.
And again, these seats sell at a slower rate to the rest of the ground, which explains why there might be slightly more of them.
I don't agree at all that paying less for a season ticket, increases someone's likelihood of putting their ticket up.
