Guess we'll know more when it opens up to members on ThursdayI'd say yes but it might be the most expensive categories. That's only a guess though, not based on stats.

I think there will be, still expecting a further allocation too, that could come after the criteria is supposed to drop to season ticket holders getting an extra 2Based on the sales so far, would any of the experienced seat counters expect ST holders/members to buy additional tickets on Friday?
Theres a few rows of level 5 cat 5 seats that are not safe standing. we got seats in row 12.Safe Standing seats are now located at the back of level 5 at Wembley. These are the cheapest in the stadium.
" the back of blocks 532 to 547 are classed as safe-standing areas."
can anyone just clarify if "back of level 5" means
all the Category 5 seats are safe standing and all
Category 4 seats are regular seats in these blocks.
or, does it mean the back section of Category 5 are safe standing & front section of Category 5
are regular seats? Thx
The cheapest seats at Wembley are now safe standing at the rear of level 5.If you genuinely want a section that creates atmosphere, you have to make it accessible to the people who actually generate it, lads in their late teens and 20s, and they’re not the ones who are going to pay £97.
If the section was in the £97 safe standing bit, it would of been full of FOC's like me.
It’s not about entitlement, it’s about understanding who actually drives the atmosphere in games. You can’t say you want noise and then structure it in a way that prices out the very group most likely to create it.
Do we know how many rows are safe standing? Trying to aim for this area when my window openThe cheapest seats at Wembley are now safe standing at the rear of level 5.
The 'seats' in this area extend across the entire rear of City's end. They are accessible and the most affordable to the 'lads' who are most likely to be singers.
Right under the roof at the back gives the best chance for sound to boom out.
On this basis and if atmosphere generation is the priority, is this where the 1894 atmosphere grouo are encouraging or arranging their 'members' to congregate?
Like the back of City's new North Stand, Wembley is similar. Are our singers going to make the most of this?
No, 1894 at the bottom behind the goalThe cheapest seats at Wembley are now safe standing at the rear of level 5.

There’s at least 1800 left. Row 16 and above.Do we know how many rows are safe standing? Trying to aim for this area when my window open
Nice one! There’s at least 1800 left. Row 16 and above.
Do hope people buying these seats realise people are going to stand and watch the game. Had numerous occasions at Wembley being told to sit.
I don’t disagree with the first bit, but you have to play the hand you’re dealt by Wembley / the FA.If you genuinely want a section that creates atmosphere, you have to make it accessible to the people who actually generate it, lads in their late teens and 20s, and they’re not the ones who are going to pay £97.

Why?No, 1894 at the bottom behind the goal
People need to remember that nobody even knew there was any safe standing at the back of Level 5 before the 1894 list went into the club. The deadline for that list going in was last Monday which was 9 days ago and the sales criteria wasn't even announced until late last week. Why?
Those seats are much more expensive !
1894 are concerned about pricing yet have they decided not to take up the cheapest, safe standing and try and create more noise in level 5?
Lower down on level 1 at Wembley did not work well v Palace last May. It seems to be a struggle too at The Etihad in the split, lower level South Stand.
There seems to be reluctance to congregate in those areas where fans traditionally got together to make the most noise, i.e. at the back, under the roof. Why do you think this is ?
Is that with all blocks opened up for sale?13000 left give or take.
Lots of £41/55.
Can get tickets on half way line for £41! High up but still a great view.
Is that with all blocks opened up for sale?
I wonder if all the Palace fans were furious at the Holmesdale lot for taking these rows last year? Certainly didn't stop them making any noisePeople need to remember that nobody even knew there was any safe standing at the back of Level 5 before the 1894 list went into the club. Not only that but I pointed out on this thread earlier today that the 1894 singing sections have almost always been at the front of Level 1 and while it's a valid point that the noise doesn't tend to travel as well from there, that's where the section has usually been located because it makes it easier for displays. I also pointed out that in my ideal world I would absolutely have the singing section at the back of Level 5 but as those tickets are way cheaper than the so called "cheap" ones 1894 have got reserved for this match, surely those pontificating about 1894 boxing off cheap tickets will be even more apoplectic if we ringfenced hundreds of the cheapest seats in the stadium up top.
Fact is that you can't please everyone but if anyone wants to organise their own unofficial singing section in the safe standing section at the back of Level 5 then by all means feel free to do so and get spreading the word to as many singers as possible to buy tickets in there. If that further helps the atmosphere in our end then I'm all for it.
Cheers mate. Looks like sales are going quite well. I reckon a lot of Members will jump at this one.Yes other than maybe level 2 - I can’t be sure about them.
