Its a bit of a panic move, but fairly low commitment being a 6 month loan - so if it hasn't worked out by the summer, at least we aren't stuck with him for another 4 years.
Its clear that we're struggling against the clock here, and I suppose he's a cheap option with very little time to sort anything else. He clealy has some skill and ability, so maybe Mancini feels he can do a job til the summer.
I guess he's better than not bringing anyone in, and being left short on numbers, so i suppose we can't be too disappointed. If true, lets give the lad a chance to show if he's worth a permanent deal in the summer.
