The thing is, bags and that will be checked this week but come February won't be checked anywhere near in the same way. What's the difference between now and then though? The threat of a bomb in a bag - the way the world is now - is as big on Saturday afternoon as it was a few weeks ago at the last home game.Should stop bags being brought in really, if someone cannot manage without their cheese butties or whisky coffee for a couple of hours then its a sad state of affairs.
There is obviously a certain demographic that should be checked on entry to the stadium, that's the white elephant in the room with all this, but I doubt we would have an outbreak of common sense any time soon.
