I'll throw in a stat at this point. A Rag 'friend' of mine, after I got embroiled in a row with a whole heap of Scum fans yesterday, said to me afterwards something I didn't know. Tevez, who is touted in the £30m bracket(like Robby) has scored 3 (THREE) goals all season! I don't think Berbaflop and Balloony has scored that much more, so that's roughly £90m's worth of 'talent' comparing to Rob, who is still the Prem's 3rd top scorer after a run of bad form...

Good point about the Rags.

If the general feel is that Rob is shit and he gets bood on Sunday and other games, he will be off. Hes a player that needs the support of the fans and if I was him I'd fuck off as soon as possible to the RAgs prefferably, where class players (as mentioned above) do get the support even if they dont score for months on end.
I feel if this misplaced hatred of him increaces it will be to the detriment of MCFC's vision.

i was talking to a spurs fan at work who wathced the game.......his words were......."robihno was so far ahead of every other city player, he was playing balls into space and nooone was reading them"......i agree..........its no suprise that rohbinio plays better when playing with brazil as he has so many better players around him............and also better whne the likes of bellamy are on the pitch as they read what he is doing.......unlike ched and caceido

people need to be patient........some fans at the moment are expecting far far too much of robinhio and the reast of the team.........and as MH has said a couple of times now...........there are people out their with an agenda to disrupt the team (and esp robinho) so that city fail..ertainly within the media but i almost suspect that there are some so called fans with a Hughes out agenda (not all MH out people tho) that are using robinhos form to batter MH with.

true football fans know what a great player we have at our disposal and also realise that players like Robinho do flit in and out of games.......but they are special players to have cause they can produce that one moment of magic that can win a game that 95% of other players cannt do.

or i know...here's an idea...lets bring back Vass on the left wing and let him run around like a headless chicken putting in 110% effort but knowing he will never ever score a goal when you really need one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My mate says exactly the same thing. I was also watching his off ball movement. When we were breaking through the middle he would be off, running in behind the ball dragging defenders away to create space. People on here are so fucking thick at times its unbelievable, you are exactly the type of people that even Hughes is starting to talk about, the "Robinho hasn't scored a hatrick in the opening ten minutes so its all his fault" brigade.

I really dont care if I get abuse for saying that. Some posters on here are pathetic. hoping we lose so we can sack the manager, Shouting abuse at Robinho, the numbers around me that do that are growing. If they go and we end up going backwards the same cunts that moaned will be the first to moan that we lack a 'Robinho' to get to the next level. Such blinkered wankers. You act as though we have been a top 4 side for the last 10 years and are on the slide, not trying to work our way up. The posters with that attitude are the ones holding us back.
