How did he do for Serbia today? Some rumours of him heading to RM.
Looked quite skilful but didn't really stand out especially.

Very hard to judge this player.
Obviously talented but has a tendancy to 'lumber'. Not easy to tell exactly which way he will go.
Jovetic, was imo better in the attacking areas at one time, & a good example. He could have been really something special, but in the end, wasn't.

Yes! The opportunity to blossom was lost during the critical years he spent on the pine. He had one fantastic season at Fiorentina and looked like a future Debryune. Then he got the major injury the next season. Came back the 3rd season showed flashes but kept getting niggles. Then we acwuiacq him, and the niggles continued.They didn't help, but still something else was missing.
Before you know it, he had gone 4.5 years without a full season of consistent football. And the finished product was a Hodge podge of fancy, flickery, genius, inconsistency, and injury.

He was still better than Gerrard when England played Montenegro & looked like he was going to be a great signing for City, but he didn't have the right stuff.
