Not his fault he went missing today. There was no one marshalling the midfield and he had to play deeper. The defenders and keeper were kicking diagonals off field or to a Huddersfield player. He needed someone to play central with him like Iheanacho. The game was crying for fast movement in the middle because our diagonals were not connecting and there were a lot of bodies in the box once we get the ball to the final third.
 
He had a 10 minute purple patch which shows he hasn't lost it when he actually has the ball. Trouble is he generally is in positions where the ball is'nt, and is never likely to be. Nearly always seems to wait for the pull back instead of going in for the one across the goal, the og against B'mouth being an exception.

Just simply trolling aren't you and following a narrative that a few people are trying to stir up.......I doubt you are even a city fan

He was the only player out of the attacking and midfield unit that played well.....he dropped deep, linked play, set up a hcnace for delph int he first half (which delph messed up) was involved in the play which saw polio just volley wide, had a couple of god shot well saved by their keeper and held the ball up well in both first and second half.
 
He looks so isolated when he plays , his injuries really seem to have taken their toll on him. At times he resembles Bony now more than The Great Kun .
Is it still in him? Under Pelligrini he regressed I would have thought Pep could have fixed it. He needs some help alongside him for me.
 
He played really well today IMO, just needs to start scoring again.

It's not just a drought, it's an overall uncharacteristic drop in form that is worrying given how much we rely on him, especially now with Jesus out of action.
