He was getting a bit frustrated at 0-1 in the first half. You could see it in his demeanour, but the equaliser gave the team belief. It was a magnificent effort from Aguero and De Bruyne tonight. Non-stop running. Sterling too.

Contrast to the lazy Messi. Guardiola would not tolerate that. Unless he is carrying an injury.
 
Fantastic performance. Was involved in everything that was good tonight. Whatever Pep has said has worked and I think we are about to see phase II of his City career. He shone brighter that MSN tonight!
 
Absolutely brilliant performance from him today, vintage Aguero, taking on the shit out of Barcelona, he did everything but score, my MOTM today, i wonder how many dribbles he completed today, i think i counted at least 4, top top top player

He's made no secret of wanting to play for Independiente before he retires, but obviously he'll need to be in a position to leave here for free as they have no money. So he needs to time his contract right. I wonder if it is an optional year, which would give him the choice of leaving at 31 (2019) or 32 (2020), and that's why it's not deemed announcement-worthy.
 
Cracking performance and workrate. Bringing a 'Tevez' like tenacity into his game (combined with an already brilliant skillset) is a scary prospect for any opposition.
