On another note, it amazes me how Wilshere got his yellow only in the dying minutes of the game after sarcastically clapping the ref. His pathetic diving attempt when trying to get Fernandinho sent off was quite irritating.

this season Sergio's seemingly turned into a right cocky bastard and I love it. This, the stuff with the copper and the fan earlier on in the season, the stuff with the Wigan fan. He's one tough muthafucka at the moment.

Thought Sergio was excellent against the Goons , he has got his sharpness back , i can only think the heel injury he was carrying is now sorted , different player last few games , back to his very best
Thishis link up play and passing has come on leaps and bounds in the last few weeks. Deserved the assist he got today.
