This surely means that we’ve secured a world class replacement... Has toIt's shit because he's still got a couple of good goal scoring seasons at the top. Very premature in my opinion.
There's no reason why he couldn't play on and do a good job for us.

People say there's no room for sentiment in football...well, bringing in Haaland in the summer and having Sergio as his back up wouldnt have been sentiment, it would have given us two world class strikers for at least a season.
He obviously still feels he can be first choice somewhere, best of luck to him, just please not to another PL club Sergio, I really really could not cope with that.

Sad to see him go, but the last year has not been kind to him, so many injuries, covid and a change in the way we play. I am proud to have been able to see him play 100s of times in a city shirt and I just hope his next move will be a success for him. A true City legend who gave us the most amazing moment in sport.
