Elano, Robinho and Tevez.

No more South Americans please. Too much baggage it seems. Honorable exception being Zabba.

Aguero also has the not inconsiderable baggage that is his father in law.

We probably need to swap Tevez but not necessarily for a forward. How about Wesley S?

Yes, but we can afford his buyout as well. Juve aren't looking to pay the 41m buyout which is why they are negotiating.

Hell, we'd actually be saving money by paying him 200 and getting Tevez off the books at 250.

This isnt the Tevez thread.. but

Remember England taxes are much higher than Spain and Italy so if he moves there he could lower his wages but still get the same after taxes. Just one other way this might work.

If we're talking about the tax impact on the equivalent of £250K a week, does it really matter ....particular if 'family' matters is at the heart of this.

I think you may have that wrong with regards to tax

Oh please can everyone shut up with this 'no more South Americans' crap? If he's a good enough player and wants to play for the club then his nationality doesn't matter. Slyvinho and Zabaleta are both model pro's that play(ed) for us so the theory that all of them are bad eggs is just really bloody stupid and stereotyping..

It's not that there is anything wrong with South Americans per se. Just that many of them put country before club. Unlike most of our lot. In addition they are young men a long way from home. So I have sympathy. But it does look to me that "locals" from Belgium, Holland and France are better bets. Maybe it's the weather.

Aguero's been in Europe for the longest now. He won't be homesick. Plus, he's a family man and his family would come to England together and embark on this new experience together.

He's not stupid so in a couple years, his English'll be up to par and he can enjoy what England has to offer just like everybody.
