Yeah, but Tevez states that his only concern is being with his kids... the football is now secondary. So he can stay with his missus and kids, carry on playing at a high level... everyone's a winner.

Or are you suggesting Tevez would rather pick which club he wants to sign for... and his wife and kids will fit in with that?

If Tevez is truly only concerned about being with his kids as they grow up.. then retire. Cancel the contract at City, and sit out the next three years bringing up his kids.

He can then sign for Boca in three years time on a free, and spend the rest of his footballing days playing for Boca and being with his kids.

He's already a multi-milionaire, so money is not an issue.

Let's see how much his wife and kids REALLY mean to him...;-))

Assuming living in Spain/ItalySouth America means he will see more of his daughters, then IF a club in one of those countries offers sensible money to City for Tevez but can only pay him half his current wages - then we will see if he is a decent guy or (and this is my guess) full of shit.

I go for the "full of shit" option!

Unfortunately I think you're right. He's likely to piss us about left right & centre & try to get a cut price move to Real or some bunch of Italian shysters.

if this is true it would be fantastic to get Aguero

To 32 million plus Tiago: the club
colchonero no discounts. City,
ambush can pay the clause.
Now Marotta relies entirely on Rossi

MADRID
Yet another episode of the soap opera plagued Aguero. Atletico Madrid is not willing to do socnti and rejected the last offer made by Juventus. According to Spanish newspaper As, the club has put on the table Juventus 32 million euros and the tag Portuguese midfielder Tiago.

Atletico, though, has not accepted and did not alter their demands: to allow the 23 year old striker from Argentina, the Colchoneros asking 45 million euros provided by the out clause inserted in the player's contract. It appears increasingly likely, therefore, that the Argentine champion at the City end, willing to pay the amount requested by the club of "Colchoneros".

Marotta has therefore diverted his interests on Giuseppe Rossi, whose price is more affordable. With Villarreal could close for a figure of around 30 million euros. Remain standing in the tracks that lead to Argentine Tevez (yesterday's announcement about leaving the Premier) and Higuain, which is not in Mourinho's plans.

I'm not sure it says anything. It is fucking gibberish.

It says theyve offered 32m. Its been rejected because his release clause is 45m. We have indicated a willing to meet the clause. Juve are pursuing other targets as a result.

Sod it, let's sign Aguero and Rossi and sit Tevez in the EDS. BM said he wanted another striker even when he thought/knew/guessed Tevez was staying.

Aguero, Rossi, Dzeko, Balotelli, Silva, ANother - AJ, Cerci as backups - hell of a choice for a front 4 :D

Would make me happy, not sure about the accountants though :p

I think he's perfect for us, but not as the outright replacement for Carlos.

He would be great as a wide right of an attacking three, certainly has the pace and skill for it, a replacement more for missing out on Sanchez.

I also believe his mentality fits like a glove. A young guy trying to prove himself.

More importantly, he has plied his trade in a city where he plays for a historic, well-supported club, who are forced to live in the shadow of a monster.

Would love this....pace, ball retention, spontaneity, flexibility within the rest of the existing squad, AJ etc on the left, the chance to rest and rotate the left flank between Balo and Silva, also providing a slot for a fourth back-up striker.

I don't think many doubt that he'd be an exciting addition. But are we in for him?

Where does that leave Milner, AJ and a winger (we are looking to sign) ?
