Juventus seem to have put another bid (40 million) in. Seriously we need to rescue him from ending up in that club.

Doesn't matter as long as he leaves the club and we get Aguero.
 
the rossi deals gonna be sewn up in the next week by all accounts. can't see them signing both

absolutely. I'd have to think any player we are remotely interested in, the selling team would let us know of a bid to see if we'd offer that selling team more for him.

If both clubs meet his £40M release clause wouldn't it mean that a higher bid wouldn't matter anyway? They would have to accept both bids and then it would just be up to the player to decide his destination.
From what i can gather Athletico will be holding out for the release fee in any case. Wouldn't outbidding another team at that stage be pointless?

Not true, he has a unique clause that applies to every possible transfer. It applies everywhere.

Oh, isee. so why all this 35,40 million offers from us and juventus than?
 
BBC are now saying as soon as tevez has gone we are in for ageuro and we are most definitely in discussions with AM.
