The 'Citizens' in the race for Aguero
The Mancity Juve challenge for Kun

Bully inclusion of Manchester City in the race for Kun Aguero with a real risk for Juventus to suffer a crushing insult. Roberto Mancini would be right to ask the Argentine striker has always been an obsession of the former Inter coach. The City would pay 35 million cash for the total satisfaction of the Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo. Juventus then you can not afford to buy time in negotiations for the Kun, threatened by the very technical and not only has never been in the running for the bench Juventus, but is now to all intents and purposes the most dangerous rival in the race for top player .

Aguero himself has never hidden to consider the experience in the Premier League the most tantalizing and intriguing hypothesis that in Italy, not to mention that Manchester will play the Champions League as well as another big English, Chelsea. Also here is a coach for a long time pursued by Marotta, Villas Boas, to push for Aguero. Atletico Madrid would have also identified a substitute Kun, it is Zarate, estimated about 18 million (half of Aguero). The Spanish club is ready to offer him an engagement from 3 million per season. News you can not help but worry about that now can not hide Marotta and must anticipate the timing of negotiations with Atletico to avoid being blown by Mancini, or the Kun Villas Boas.

doesn't mean we will buy them all, I guess the club is looking at which deal looks more reasonable and which player is interested for a move to Manchester.

Say what you like about Mancini - he's really prepared to go the extra mile to sign players he likes ;-)

Pretty certain it was after.

Players usually wait until International competitions are over, it's not good preparation for the National team if a key players mind is somewhere else.

Tacchinardi doesn't rate Aguero
July 1, 2011

Juventus legend Alessio Tacchinardi does not believe the Bianconeri should blow their transfer budget on Atletico Madrid striker Sergio Aguero.

Aguero looks likely to leave Atletico this summer, with interest in the Argentina international thought to be high.

The club's city rivals Real Madrid have been strongly linked with a swoop, whilst Serie A side Juve have been mooted as potential suitors also.

Juve are eager to sign a big name this summer, but Tacchinardi, who played for the Old Lady on over 250 occasions, is not convinced the 23-year-old is of world-class talent.

Tacchinardi said: "The club are targeting a top player this summer. However, I've played against Aguero and he isn't one."

Juventus recently announced the permanent signings of Alessandro Matri, Fabio Quagliarella, Simone Pepe and Marco Motta.
