Ultra attack minded Mancini

Presumes Nasri and Aguero both sign and Tevez stays
...................Yaya
...........Silva..........Nasri
Balotelli.........Tevez.......Aguero

Ultra defensive minded Mancini
..................NDJ
.........Yaya...........Barry
Milner..........Tevez.........Kolorov

The truth is out there and probably somewhere between either team but I will be blowed if I know what it is.

Best lineup would be NDJ, Yaya, Nasri (or alternative), Silva, Aguero, Balotelli (or Dzeko). Plenty of balance there. Nasri is a goalscoring attacking midfielder remember (or became one last season) so third forward not needed.

Funny thing though Mancini wasn't really defensive at Inter. He just couldn't trust so squad to go on the all out attack last year. We had goals to meet. We had to be cautious to meet them and we did.

^Yes it did

We played all three against Fulham and were desperately average with forwards taking each other's space and not playing very well together. Mancini gave up on it and brought Vieira on for Dzeko in the 2nd half - when our team found some shape again and halted Fulham's dominance over us a little.
Aris is shite but surely they count as well. It worked then
