I feel like Girona would be surprised to see him turn up for them, considering they've just signed a left back as one of their most expensive ever signings.
Seen a couple of their fans saying they don't need him. I'd laugh if he went there and became an attacking midfielder again.

Certainly hope we keep him for a few weeks to see how he settles and if pep thinks he can use him.

Although I think that’s overselling him a touch there mate.
Not sure what the equivalent to one promising season at Brighton is in the supermodel stakes, but I suspect Giselle would be disappointed that’s as high as you’ve placed her!

Because I think we believed that we could sign Cucurella for around £40m. Plus at the start of the window we still had Zinchenko.If that is our strategy, one might wonder why we didn’t sign him the moment the transfer window opened and before Cucurela’s price rose almost as fast as an energy bill…

Suspect we knew Zinchenko was leaving before the season ended, and last summer’s shenanigans should have informed us better about getting a contracted player below his club’s valuation.Because I think we believed that we could sign Cucurella for around £40m. Plus at the start of the window we still had Zinchenko.
Immaterial now anyway.

I think if we manage to get one of our lb targets in, then Gomez will probably be loaned out. However, if we don't sign another lb then Gomez will stay and along with JWE will cover for Cancelo.More for the transfer window closing mate?
