This is at least five a year, why don't we just fill them in.
something must be done to stop this its to easy to walk onto the canal at many parts of town taking a shortcut home the council have dropped a bollock with building many blocks of flats around Manchester canal routs
there should be more lifebuoy safety rings easy ways of getting out of the canal foot wardens cctv something the police and the council should make the money men who build them flats around the canals pay for
