I think the media got that wrong..... they meant to say there was a high number of rags jumping in the Ship Canal after the 6-1

yep right from the start they laughed but something was wrong when a group of people was sent to prison for muggings last year. they was using the canal for the ringer who would go in the bar's around canal street and pick up somebody and take them to the canal and then the gang would mug them

they used the boy who would cry rape and say he is under age and then use the water as a threat if he did not hand over money and phones but I think they only was done for 3 or 4 muggings nothing else but they should have looked into it then
