No surprise about how well Balotelli is doing. He is going to be the best striker in the world in the next couple of years. Such a complete striker.

It's a big black mark against Mancini that he couldn't get more out of Balo for City (though one does wonder whether anyone could have got any sustained type of performance out of him)

If Mancini couldnt, noone couldve...

He just wanted to go home or to Milan. I love the guy to death (fave player), but he shouldve put more effort in at City. Thats my knock on him
 
Balotelli needed to play every game and be the main man. Mancini wasn't prepared to do that, he constantly reiterated how good he can be, how much he loves him and so on but never showed it.

Of course the fact he didn't like Manchester as a whole didn't help but I often wonder had he been afforded the luxury of being the no 1 man at the club and have everything go through him he may have adapted better.

Oh well. I'm enjoying watching him play for AC.
