Serious assault on an elderly Blue

Hope the offender goes down with his team. Leeds fans have always behaved like this. Remember them when they used to visit the 2nd Division team I grew up watching in the 80s. Scum.

And some on here wonder why a lot of us detest that club. Seeing that story comes as no surprise to anyone on here who went to Elland Road back in the day.
Won't have to worry want be playing them again for years with a bit of luck ! Stan the man will be taking them back to where they belong !

He'd have been dragged into one of the alley's at Maine Road never to be seen again.
Was at the game at Elland Rd sat in the stand opposite their kop. When they came over the perimeter wall remember a player ( I think Willie Donachie) coming over to the lowfield rd to calm City fans who were climbing over to greet them. Just pissed ourselves laughing when all they seemed to do was run about in the corner and wouldn't charge towards us.

What is the point of having a segregated compound for away fans if you let them out the same time as the home fans. We frequently get kept in at Old Trafford and other places. Games against LFC, Leeds, and United are high risk matches so their fans must be kept back. We have already seen attacks on this season on our fans including elderly people and children. What the fuck are the police doing? Let's be honest most fans are fine but there are too many scumbags at United, LFC, Leeds, and these days Villa.
My thoughts exactly, let’s set a baying mob of inbreds free into City fans of a certain age, no wonder a couple of old fellas have copped for a few this season, fucking cowards, and the policing is no better. Who do they expect to be around at that stage ? The place is full of old school City & families making their way home after clapping their team off, can see a return to the days of mobs waiting about for away fans & picking them off and if the police don’t get their act together

I recall reading a few years back that you were more likely to die of an infection than drowning if you fell into the Mersey…

Maybe a little late to the storytelling here, but back in the 70s it was widely thought that you would suffocate in poisonous gases before you hit the 'water' if you fell in the Irwell.
