Today, we went away from home, and battered another team, putting us joint top of the league in December. Added to this, we have the best run coming up, a manager who has won trophies everywhere he has ever been, easily the most singularly talented squad in the Premiership, unlimited funds, a community service that was that good that we made it the front of the 2018 bid and an office team that is the envy of many, with communication to the fans seen as the most important thing.
In my lifetime, this is the greatest period in our history, and we are spending it sniping at each other on the forums. Just for once, for a change, can we not declare a truce and bask in the magnificence that is our club? This club belongs to all of us, and our hearts should be swimming at the moment.
Things are on the up boys and girls. Let's try to celebrate it

People cutting others down so that when they're proven right they can say "I told you so" and sit on their throne of football forum excellence. What's wrong with just supporting the team and being optimistic? Nobody is saying people can't add a bit of constructive criticism here and there but saying things like "XXXX is rubbish" and "XXXX will always let us down" is just unhelpful sniping, and offers nothing towards the benefit of the team.
Anyway, I wish you luck trying to convince a whole forum to be optimistic and I hope you succeed in getting them to see how far we have come and why they should be happy with the progress we've made.
Unfortunately though, it's analogous to trying to beat off a swarm of wasps with a stick. There's always going to be the ones that keep coming back for more negativity.
Maybe if you, and all those others who think like you, actually did post on here more often, then you could turn the tide on the negativity round.
