Some can, those who aren't close minded or have agendas to promote are perfectly capable of being rational, but the correct evidence and truths have to be presented first, and not emotionally charged opinion.

Strange how public polls are lauded and praised or dismissed as nonsense depending on whether they agree or disagree with the individuals opinion or not. C'est la vie.
