He was voted it because he improved a lot, not because he is thought to be one of the best in the world. FFS, and I'm the bias one. He made a big balls up of the tournament up front. Green made a mistake and paid for it, James well, he did enough to stay ahead of Hart.

It all boils down to this: Given is not as good as Hart. The goalkeepers of the league might agree.
