I didn't see it all, just the last 35 minutes, but it looked poor to me, yes they can keep the ball, but you actually need to create something with it, we didn't try to get down the wings enough, they didn't shoot much, a collection of talent and no direction.

They are a large collection of talent with no direction, unfortunately. They have some very good players, Hemp, Parris, Telford, Houghton and White to name a few.

Despite Greenwood doing her makeup like she is going clubbing instead of out to play football she plays tough and doesn't back down. She was often matched up against Tobin Heath, one of the best ball handlers in the women's game and acquitted herself well, in my opinion.

England's womens team could be great under the right guidance, under a decent manager/coach who knows what he's doing, but they'll achieve nothing all the while that bilious-looking clod is in charge.

I think it’s fair to say that the England team has regressed since gargoyle II was appointed as head coach.

It was a fucking moronic decision to give him the job in the first place, considering his complete lack of coaching experience.

If he’d played for any other club - barring Littlewoods, perhaps - he wouldn’t have got anywhere near the job.

They really could be great. Despite their coaching they are already an extremely good side. That, of course, is.due to the quality of players the team has at their disposal.

I agree. If they had a more competent coach they would be more fearsome than they are now.

They're nowhere near as good as they should be given the amount of money the F.A. has chucked at the national team.

I'm not an expert by any means but I thought Greenwood showed grit against Heath and wasn't abused by her which Tobin has the ability to do to many people she plays against. She certainly didnt have to respect to pulling her down by her ponytail like the other Lionness who'd name escapes me at the moment.
