Rest a few (Stones, Bernardo, Grealish, De Bruyne) but go strong enough to hopefully dominate. And ideally, bring off the key players (Dias, Rodri, Gundogan, Haaland) early.

I'd play the same side that beat Chelsea in the third round. It means asking Akanji, Rodri, and Bernardo to go again, but if Foden is fit enough, then the front four of him with Palmer/Alvarez/Mahrez should press Sheffield United and cause panic and goals. Once we have those, get Phillips and Lewis on to close it out as boringly as possible.
