Sheffield Wednesday

It was the same day as the infamous Everton-Wimbledon match where Hans Segers "flopped", so to speak, and Sheff Utd were relegated as a result - big celebrations among the Wednesday fans.
And Barry Horne scored from 35 yards out...
Fashanu declared himself unfit to play, but sat suited and booted on the Dons bench, observing proceedings very very carefully...

Good luck Danny, you'll need it!

Expecting the press conference to be carnage and sabotaged by Chancer after local press throw him a few hand grenades, them him ranting for the next hour about Leighton Palmer (Carlton) and the fans for continually being bad customers.

Best of luck to him, and you, WYO; I think you’re going to need it.

However, it’s still relatively early in the season, and if he can put together a good run of results, who knows?

Just see the job that Carrick did at 'Boro last term. Admittedly, he didn’t start from such a lowly position as you find yourselves, but if Rohl can emulate Hassenhuttl's achievements at Southampton, he will have a decent career.

My worry is we have nothing up top, it was ok last year having older strikers but this season a 35 & 32 year old won't cut it.

I could see young Bailey Cademateri (son of Danny) getting some game time as he's been playing well for the U21's
